Bowl
Ingredients
¾ - 1lb.Peeled and deveined shrimpPreference is for jumbo shrimp
3ClovesGarlicMinced
1Lemon
1¼tspOld Bay Seasoning
Instructions
Dump the shrimp into the bowl with the juice from the lemon (and some of the rind if you're feeling crazy!), minced garlic, and old bay seasoning. Drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil into the bowl and mix all of the ingredients together.
Let the shrimp marinate for 10-30 minutes (no more than 30 mins).
Using a non-stick pan (or cast iron) cook the shrimp on medium high for 2-3 minutes on each side. The shrimps cook super quick, I'm more concerned about juicy delicious shrimp than getting color on them.
Serve them up with a salad, on some rice, or just eat them straight up because they are pure YumSizzle.
